Enterprise Services Retailer Management (ESRM) is a Lottery essential (mission critical) product providing comprehensive business processes for all aspects of Lottery retailer management. The management of retailers begins at the initial set-up and continues on through commissioning and decommissioning. It is a flexible web-based tool set that is based on industry best practices and is part of the GTECH Enterprise SeriesT. The ESRM application manages the life-cycle of the four main entities: retailer locations, terminals, clerks, and owners.
