(MONCTON, CANADA) – Spielo Manufacturing ULC (SPIELO), a Lottomatica Group S.p.A. subsidiary, announced that at a public hearing on January 21, 2010, the Nevada Gaming Commission unconditionally granted Nevada gaming manufacturer and distributor licenses to SPIELO, following the January 6, 2010 recommendation of Nevada Gaming Control Board.

SPIELO intends to distribute its products, including the performance-driven prodiGi Vu™ cabinet, the powerful new sensys EP™ platform and a library of compelling games, in Nevada through its affiliate, ATRONIC Americas, LLC. ATRONIC Americas has held Nevada gaming manufacturer and distributor licenses to manufacture and distribute ATRONIC products since 1998. ATRONIC will maintain its licenses and continue to support its products currently operating in Nevada.

SPIELO expects to introduce its products to the Nevada market in 2011 after receiving the required product approvals from the Board’s Technology Division.
